Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.New graduates welcome where applicable.Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care preferred.Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.
