We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a supportive outpatient orthopedic team focused on high-quality, individualized patient care. Physical Therapists provide true one-on-one care through 40-minute appointments, allowing time for thorough evaluations, individualized treatment planning, patient education, and meaningful rehabilitation progress. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy
• Establish functional and measurable rehabilitation goals
• Progress treatment based on clinical findings and patient outcomes
• Provide one-on-one patient care through 40-minute appointments
• Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment, and recovery
• Improve patient mobility, strength, function, and confidence
• Guide patients toward return-to-work, recreation, exercise, and daily activity goals
• Treat a diverse patient population from pediatric through geriatric
• Manage outpatient orthopedic, sports-related, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and other clinical team members
• Provide appropriate clinical supervision and guidance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
• Build strong, professional relationships with patients
• Participate in ongoing clinical development and team collaboration
• Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve patient care and clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility for Physical Therapy licensure
• New graduate and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy preferred
