Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric Location: Delaware Position Type: Part-Time | Potential to Transition to Full-Time Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday, between 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Setting: Pediatric Medical Daycare Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients, primarily birth to 3 years old.Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations as needed.Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's clinical needs.Provide direct therapy and monitor patient progress.Work independently while collaborating with nurses, nursing assistants, and other members of the care team.Provide therapy for children with developmental and/or complex medical needs.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Participate in a multidisciplinary approach to support each child's overall development and care. Requirements Licensed/Certified Physical Therapist.Pediatric therapy experience required.Must have completed the required supervisory year and be able to practice independently.Experience working with medically complex children preferred.Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.New graduates who have not completed their supervisory year are not eligible.
