Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality care in an occupational health setting. The Physical Therapist will focus on injury treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, and successful return-to-work strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- C Conduct musculoskeletal evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- B Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
- C Perform ergonomic assessments and support workplace injury-prevention programs.
- D Conduct functional capacity evaluations and job-site analyses.
- E Develop return-to-work plans in collaboration with employers and case managers.
- F Maintain accurate patient records and participate in team meetings.
- G Communicate effectively with patients, employers, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- A Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- B Current and active Physical Therapy license in Maine.
- C Occupational health experience preferred but not required.
- D Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- E Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- F Comfortable using paper charts; electronic medical record experience is helpful.
- G Current CPR/AED certification preferred; certification assistance may be available.
Compensation & Benefits
- A Compensation: $39-$45 per hour.
- B Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days of employment.
