Job Summary

Are you an energetic and results-driven Physical Therapist looking to provide therapeutic care in a hospital setting? This weekend support role offers the opportunity to work full-time with either 8-hour or 10-hour days, with the potential to transition to full-time with a 30-hour week. The position includes premium pay and bonuses, full-time benefits, and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing an individualized treatment plan based on patient needs
  • Evaluating the impact of the assessment and communicating the treatment process
  • Revising treatment plans as needed throughout the treatment process
  • Establishing and instructing patients and/or family/caregivers in exercises and therapeutic procedures
  • Delegating tasks and supervising physical therapist assistants (PTA) and rehabilitation technicians
  • Completing appropriate documentation according to company/departments policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist specific to the State of Indiana
  • Current CPR certification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

About the Role

This role involves providing therapeutic care to patients in a hospital setting, specializing in Acute Care. You will also have the opportunity to float in the Outpatient Ortho department, seeing the progression of your patients from Acute Care to Outpatient Rehab. The position offers full-time benefits, including a $2,500 sign-on/retention bonus, and a variety of other perks.

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and current CPR certification. This role requires eligibility to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa.
