Responsibilities
- Carry out patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy and patient education
- Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and care teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Active (or in-progress) state Physical Therapy license
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
- A team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care

Pay
Total compensation range: $95,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)
