Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000‑$100,000. Total Compensation: $95,000‑$120,000, depending on certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives. New for 2026: eligible PTs may choose up to $50,000 in student‑loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans

Qualifications
