- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have a valid physical therapy license and strong clinical skills in acute care.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor students, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to research and education is preferred.
- A compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered approach is required to support diverse patient populations.
