Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess their physical condition and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and function.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to document and maintain accurate patient records.
