Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care tailored to individual patient goals

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources
• Represent PTSMC in the community and promote the “PT for Life” philosophy

Requirements

• Current Connecticut Physical Therapist license or eligibility to apply
• Accredited Physical Therapy degree
• A genuine desire to help people live healthier, more active lives

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
