Peak Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice with two locations in Helena, MT. The practice was revitalized when Anthony Purviance and co-owner Courtney took ownership, bringing fresh energy and dual-specialty mentorship in orthopedics and neurology.
Compensation Package
- $80,000–$111,200 annual salary
- Sign-on bonus of $10,000
- Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend
- $12,000 fellowship reimbursement
- 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure
- Tax-free student loan repayment of $10,000 over 5 years, paid monthly

What You’ll Be Doing
- Directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right
- Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
- Teach patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
- Track progress and adjust plans as patients progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Document in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it
Who We’re Looking For
- A passion for life-long learning who thrive on mentorship and never stop growing
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Montana physical therapy license, or eligibility for one
- All experience levels are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
- Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line
- Current CPR certification
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
