Peak Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice with two locations in Helena, MT. The practice was revitalized when Anthony Purviance and co-owner Courtney took ownership, bringing fresh energy and dual-specialty mentorship in orthopedics and neurology.

Compensation Package

• $80,000–$111,200 annual salary
• Sign-on bonus of $10,000
• Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend
• $12,000 fellowship reimbursement
• 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure
• Tax-free student loan repayment of $10,000 over 5 years, paid monthly

What You’ll Be Doing

• Directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right
• Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Perform hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
• Teach patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
• Track progress and adjust plans as patients progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Document in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

Who We’re Looking For

• A passion for life-long learning who thrive on mentorship and never stop growing
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Montana physical therapy license, or eligibility for one
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
• Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line
• Current CPR certification

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
