About the role

Split position between Pennsville and Swedesboro, NJ, with 20 hours per week at each location (total 40 hours). Both sites are multiple‑therapist outpatient orthopedic centers with front desk support, serving a diverse patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE‑accredited school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience. Includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and $350 per month in student‑loan assistance.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, no weekends. Split schedule: 20 hours per week at the Pennsville location and 20 hours per week at the Swedesboro location.
