About the role

Located in Lititz, PA, NovaCare Rehabilitation’s outpatient orthopedic center employs three physical therapists, one PTA, and front‑desk staff. The clinic serves a diverse patient mix ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and is committed to creating an exceptional patient experience that helps individuals return to athletics, work, and the activities they love. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and remain compliant with state, local, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Pay

• Base salary range: $78,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience.
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
• $350 per month student loan assistance.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday; no weekend work required.
