Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare environment that values expertise and collaboration. Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans in an EMR system (experience with PCC preferred but not required).
• Maintain CPR certification and adhere to all safety and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for the state of practice.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience with PCC is a plus).
• Current CPR certification.
