This full-time position in Huntington, NY, offers consistent weekday hours and extensive paid leave during school breaks. Candidates must hold a valid New York State Physical Therapist license. Requirements Provide one-on-one physical therapy services based on student IEPs. Evaluate and assess students using standardized testing and clinical observation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Rotate among classrooms to offer services in educational settings. Track student progress using technology devices. Complete evaluations and required documentation. Collaborate with educators, clinicians, and families. Qualifications Current New York State Physical Therapist license and registration. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Ability to work with students with diverse needs. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred. New graduates may be considered.
