About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans
- Leveraging technology and outcome data to inform clinical decisions
- Documenting assessments and treatments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with team members to enhance skills and clinic culture
Qualifications and skills
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT
- Passion for patient care, learning, and growth; new graduates are welcome
