Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. The role involves providing direct patient care, evaluating medical conditions, setting treatment goals, and developing personalized plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and medical conditions
• Implement therapeutic interventions per physician orders
• Develop and modify personalized care plans to meet patient goals
• Document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care

Requirements

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Passed National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current state license or in application process
• Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy
• Current CPR certification
