Physical Therapist

About the role

Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care. Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive (12 minutes on average). Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork). Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.

Requirements

• Active, state-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Liability insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification
