What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions in patients' homes
• Treat each patient according to their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna will match you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive, typically 12 minutes away
• Use the Luna app to complete documentation in 3-5 minutes (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork required)
• Treat one patient per visit without overlapping appointments
