About the role
Provide physical therapy services to patients using the Luna platform.
- On-site at various locations in Oklahoma City, OK
Responsibilities
Perform physical therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on care to patients.
- Adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience with the Luna platform preferred
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
