About the role

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians at Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA). KULA is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Our core values are compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to children with developmental disabilities or delays.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Adapt treatment plans to meet individual child needs based on developmental screenings and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with families to develop home exercise programs and monitor progress.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.

Requirements

  • Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
  • One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills including database, word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to work with children between the ages of birth to 6 who are at risk.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations.

Qualifications

  • Education/Certification: Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience/Knowledge: One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
