Physical Therapist
About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to children with developmental disabilities or delays.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs.
- Document progress and communicate with families and referring physicians regularly.
- Adapt treatment methods to accommodate the diverse cultural backgrounds of our patients and their families.
Requirements
- Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
- One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Effective communication and professional demeanor with a wide range of individuals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in database, word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret various documents and write routine reports.
- Ability to solve problems and work with multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
Education/Certification: Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
Experience/Knowledge: One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people; ability to work with children between the ages of birth to 6 who are at risk; strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; basic computer skills including a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software; ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment; ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations.
