Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
- Provides thorough education to patients and caregivers in an understandable manner and plans appropriately for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
- Participates in departmental initiatives and demonstrates effective communication with all rehab team members.
- Facilitates professional growth, development, and overall improvement of departmental performance.
- Performs other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry level/New Grad acceptable.

Pay
$86,000–$110,000 annually depending on years of experience. Up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours weekly.
