Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a modern, clean rehab space at multiple locations in Honolulu, Waikele, Mililani, and Kapolei.
• Focus on sports and orthopedics, and work with specialty outpatient patient populations including Pelvic Health and Return to Sport.
• Participate in a one-year mentorship program to gain valuable guidance and support from experienced therapists.
• Work in a dynamic, supportive environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a current state of Hawaii Physical Therapy license or be soon to obtain one if relocating.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-starters with a strong work ethic and team-oriented personality.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $74,000-$90,000/yr. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Schedule

Hours may vary depending on clinic needs, but typically include a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
