Touchpoints Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for its Hartford‑area team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy modalities of treatment.
- Administer treatments prescribed by a referring physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.
- Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning.
- Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff.
- Ensure patient changes are accurate and documented in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Current State of Connecticut Physical Therapy licensure.
- Three or more years of experience in all aspects of physical therapy (preferred).
- Working knowledge of various software programs (required).
