Job Details Description Physical Therapist: Neuro Rehabilitation Make a real impact—help someone regain independence while building a career you're proud of. The Physical Therapist provides skilled physical therapy services to individuals in Hope Network's Neuro Rehabilitation program. In this flexible role, you'll evaluate, treat, and educate individuals recovering from neurological injuries and conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. This is a part-time position with potential to increase to full-time as census continues to grow. What You'll Do Evaluate individuals and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and functional independenceDesign and monitor home exercise programs and mobility interventionsTrain direct care staff on safe transfers, gait techniques, and therapy recommendationsCollaborate with PTAs, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersComplete timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment reportsParticipate in care planning, discharge planning, family education, and team meetingsMonitor therapy equipment and recommend adaptive equipment or mobility devices as needed What We're Looking For Compassionate and patient with a passion for helping others achieve meaningful recoveryStrong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesOrganized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skillsFlexible and adaptable in a dynamic rehabilitation environment Preferred What You Bring Two or more years of experience working with adults with neurological disabilities or traumatic brain injuries (TBI) Required Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent Physical Therapist licenseMembership with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Top Benefits Mileage reimbursementEmployee Referral BonusFlexible, on-call schedulingSupportive, collaborative work environment Why Hope Network Not your average job.
