About the role
Full-time Physical Therapist responsible for assessing and treating patients with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to evaluate movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical exams.
- Develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient goals and lifestyles.
- Deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient outcomes and modify approaches based on progress.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate throughout the recovery process.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington state.
Skills
- Experience with clinical documentation, supported by AI tools reducing documentation time.
- Participation in ongoing training, certifications, and mentorship programs.
