Physical Therapist

About the role

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with movement dysfunction and pain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
• Establish, revise, and evaluate care plans involving patients and families.
• Perform therapy interventions using standard techniques.
• Provide education to patients, families, and staff based on assessed needs.
• Ensure continuity of care through discharge planning and follow-up recommendations.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient responses and interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with licensure in the state of practice.
• Physical stamina for constant standing, lifting, and moving patients and equipment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work safely and attentively.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
