• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging-in-place strategies.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Degree from an accredited program.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• CPR certification.

Physical demands
