About the role
Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full Time and Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our therapy team and provide excellent patient care. This role offers the opportunity to spend one-on-one time with patients, build rewarding relationships, and develop personalized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy to patients in a home health setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with caregivers and peers to support patient care
Requirements
- Current Washington State Physical Therapy License
- Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Current vehicle insurance and a dependable vehicle (fleet care may be available)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
