About the role
H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care to residents at Mrs. Bush's Personal Care Homes in Kunkletown, PA.
Qualifications
- Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- New graduates are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care
