About the role

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bedford, MA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This position offers a unique blend of approximately 60% balance and vestibular rehabilitation and 40% orthopedic care, providing a diverse caseload and the opportunity to develop specialized expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of physical therapy. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients
• Help patients improve balance, mobility, strength, and overall function
• Utilize advanced clinical tools, including vestibular goggles, overhead safety support systems, and Normatec Recovery technology
• Educate patients and families to support long-term success and independence
• Complete documentation using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools designed to streamline workflows
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Participate in community wellness and fall-prevention initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Passion for helping patients improve mobility, balance, and quality of life

• Salary range of $76,000 - $102,000, based on experience
