Position Summary FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Yankton, SD is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility-related conditions while developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goalsProvide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventionsTreat a diverse outpatient patient population with a variety of diagnoses and functional needsMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriateEducate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and strategies to support continued progressMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCommunicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical teamProvide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of careFollow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent South Dakota Physical Therapist license or eligibility for South Dakota licensureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered careAbility to work collaboratively as part of a clinical teamDesire to continue learning and developing professionallyOutpatient experience is a plus but not requiredNew graduates are encouraged to apply Why Join FYZICAL?
