Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care
• Providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient's needs
• Building strong, lasting relationships with patients
• Creating an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge
• Collaborating with fellow therapists, support staff, and clinic leadership
• Maintaining timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
• Educating patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Promoting a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or eligible for South Carolina licensure
• New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and support are provided
