Physical Therapist

About the role

CPTE, a proud member of Fusion, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Merrimack clinic. You'll work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population including high school athletes, first responders, and patients recovering from injury, surgery, and everyday orthopedic conditions. You'll be part of a collaborative team passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies
• Collaborate with fellow Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
