About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our state-of-the-art clinic in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, where quality of life is high and outdoor adventures are plentiful. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of skilled therapists specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, injury prevention, sports performance training, hand therapy, aquatic therapy, manual therapy, pelvic health, geriatric care, pain neuroscience, IASTM, dry needling, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care with an optimal caseload of 12-13 patients per 9-hour day.
• Deliver high-quality orthopedic, exercise, and manual-based therapy, including sports rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled therapists in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.
• Engage in professional development, specialization, and leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Wyoming state license or eligibility.
• Orthopedic, exercise, and manual-based skills, with experience in sports rehabilitation.
• Outgoing, energetic, and team-oriented personality.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $85,000 to $90,000+ (DOE).
