Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, one-on-one outpatient rehabilitation care.
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
