Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support services to individuals in a residential setting
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document resident progress and communicate with family members and other caregivers
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and criminal history review
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
