You’ll work with a general orthopedic caseload in a supportive, close-knit environment, gaining hands-on experience alongside highly skilled clinicians. We’re closed on weekends, giving you time to recharge and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
- Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy

- Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
