Physical Therapist

Pay
- $50–$60/hour
- $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and therapy teams
- Educate residents and families
- Complete required documentation
- Supervise PTAs as appropriate
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
- Ability to work across two locations
- Leadership experience preferred, but not required
