About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Dove Healthcare Regional Vent Center and Bloomer campuses. This position offers diverse clinical experience, a collaborative team, and opportunities for career growth. Experienced clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Pay
$50–$60/hour plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and therapy teams
- Educate residents and families
- Complete required documentation
- Supervise PTAs as appropriate
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
- Ability to work across two locations
- Leadership experience preferred, but not required
