About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Augusta, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their functional goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services for a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
