What You'll Do

• Create meaningful patient experiences aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional outcomes through evidence-based practice.
• Perform initial evaluations in accordance with APTA standards.
• Develop individualized, comprehensive plans of care.
• Establish and monitor short- and long-term patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on, one-on-one therapy to optimize patient recovery and function.
• Track progress and communicate updates with referring providers and care teams.
• Design and document home exercise programs to support ongoing improvement.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and reimbursement guidelines.
• Manage patient discharge planning effectively.
• Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and professional development.
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
