We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist - Orthopedic to provide skilled physical therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering personalized therapy to promote maximum independence based on individual needs and potential.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient conditions and creating tailored treatment strategies
• Providing hands-on therapy and professional consultations
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Oregon Physical Therapist License and applicable state licenses
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Occasional specialized physical therapy training or experience as required
