About the Unit

Corewell Health physical therapy provides treatments to individuals of all ages who have pain or physical limitations affecting their ability to move and perform everyday activities. Our team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are licensed health care professionals focused on maximizing movement potential, injury prevention, treatment, and sustainable wellness.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and develop a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.
• Provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care.
• Appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and adhere to Corewell Health customer service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.
• Written or verbal communication skills required.
• Word processing and computer skills required.
• Pediatric therapists: NDT certification and competency in serial casting preferred.

Pay

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for this opportunity.
