The care model supports quality outcomes and clinical efficiency, with up to 40 minutes of personalized, one-on-one patient care and AI clinical documentation to reduce after-hours charting.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approaches based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- CPR and first aid certification required.
- Prior clinical experience in any setting, with demonstrated experience treating both adult and pediatric populations (no new graduates).

Pay
$90K–$112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday). Early shifts on Mon, Wed, and Fri (8-hour shifts with flexible start times) and late days on Tue and Thurs (flexible start times with coverage until 6–7 PM). Schedule is partially flexible and will be reviewed further during the interview process.
