About the role
This sports-oriented clinic offers an opportunity to develop advanced orthopedic and sports therapy skills in a collaborative culture with a supportive management team. The care model is designed to support quality outcomes and clinical efficiency, with up to 40 minutes of personalized, one-on-one patient care—allowing individualized treatment beyond the industry standard. Dedicated Therapy Aides assist with patient care, empowering you to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- CPR and first aid certification required.
- 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred; highly qualified new graduates with strong orthopedic clinical training during affiliations will be considered.
- Demonstrated familiarity with evaluating and treating orthopedic, pediatric, and sports medicine conditions.

Pay
$85K–$112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
