Compensation and support
Earn $90,000–$110,000 plus productivity incentives. Receive up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $25,000 in student loan repayment. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.

Responsibilities
- Review patients' medical history
- Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
- Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Connecticut
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
