Physical Therapist

Full-time position located in Tallahassee, Florida, with a salary range of $85,000–$110,000 per year and up to $15,000 in sign-on bonuses available.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida PT license or eligibility.
• Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care.

$85,000–$110,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
