About the role

Cole Health is expanding in Cary, NC and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused Physical Therapist to help establish and grow services at this location and within ABA centers we are contracted with. You’ll initially be the sole PT onsite and while traveling offsite, giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team. This is a part-time role with the potential to build to full time as the caseload grows.

Pay

• Pay Per Visit (PPV) for DPT: $48 – $52 per billable hour (unit based), $70 per evaluation
• Pay Per Visit (PPV) for PTA: $40 per billable hour (unit based)
• Travel stipend provided bi-weekly

Requirements

• Licensed PT or PTA in North Carolina
• At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with ABA facilities or difficult behaviors preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
• Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
